Cesar Vera boasts an impressive 30 year career in the international energy industry, with a focus on the oil and gas sector and ongoing innovation in energy transition. His extensive experience spans from field operations to executive leadership roles within world-class organizations such as SLB (Schlumberger), Nabors, GE, Siemens, and Naviera Integral.
Cesar’s expertise encompasses a broad array of disciplines in the energy sector for both offshore and onshore environments. He has specialized knowledge in drilling fluids, solids control, waste management, cementing, downhole tools, stimulation, coiled tubing, pressure control, and digitalization. Additionally, he has considerable experience in the manufacturing sector and in the management of drilling rigs as well as offshore supply vessels.
Cesar holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. He is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. His leadership extends beyond the corporate realm, serving as Vice President of the Board of Advisors for Holland House Mexico. He is also a recognized public speaker, with his insights and expertise frequently sought after in articles and interviews.
Cesar’s distinguished career and thought leadership have made him a respected figure in the energy industry, contributing significantly to advancements and best practices within the sector.

We are delighted to welcome Chris Pedersen as our new Defense Solutions Director.
A first-class leader passionate about challenging himself and developing others to remain steadfast through change, Chris leads the Fueltrax team responsible for supporting our Department of Defense customers to minimize fuel demand and maximize combat power across their operational fleets.
A native of Coeur d’Alene, ID, Chris enlisted in the United States Navy in November 2000, followed by an impressive track record of over two decades of exceptional service as an Electronics Technician and Senior Enlisted leader.
A highly decorated veteran, Chris was previously the Technical Operations Leading Chief Petty Officer for Naval Special Warfare in Virginia Beach, VA. There, he led technical teams of 100+ personnel supporting operations worldwide and became a critical agent of change within multiple Technical Divisions throughout the Special Forces community.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Norwich University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University and is a Navy Senior Enlisted Academy Class 207 graduate.
Chris is married with a daughter and loves spending time with his family
enjoying the outdoors or practicing combatives on the mats.
