OUR STORY

FUELTRAX is a universal fuel management system that operates on any vessel and in any location in the world.

FUELTRAX was originally designed and engineered in the field as a project for Kirby Corporation, the largest inland waterway operator in North America. Kirby wanted a bespoke system to measure fuel consumption on inland push boats and approached Control Dynamics International (CDI), an engineering company that specialized in offshore automation and control systems.

CDI realized that they had a unique product that could make a difference for the commercial marine market. Nautical Control Solutions, LP (NCS) was created in 2006 as a spin-off of CDI, to develop and take this product to market. The United States patent protection was granted in 2006 with Canadian and European Union protection following in 2012.

Today, FUELTRAX has grown into a market-leading electronic fuel management system, operating on vessels across the world. It offers secure, smart monitoring with direct fuel measurements and advanced data analytics, helping customers reduce costs, ensure compliance, and enhance performance.
