My seven years of experience working in NASA’s Mission Control Center (MCC) inspired our Vessel Operations Center (VOC).

At NASA, data monitoring, problem recognition, troubleshooting, and solutions require collaboration between various disciplines and system experts. The design of the MCC creates an environment instrumental to achieving a successful no-fail mission.

At Fueltrax, the same concept and VOC design allow multiple support personnel in various roles to sit in the same room together, seeing the big-picture operational view, health, and status of all Fueltrax systems. This atmosphere and design drives collaboration between team members with different responsibilities to identify and resolve issues quickly and share lessons learned to improve the product and overall customer experience.

Personnel manning the VOC consist of professional mariners (Chief Engineers), Instrumentation & Controls field technicians, and military veterans with technical, operational, and troubleshooting experience.

The team trains and supports our global technicians and installation partners, vessel crew, vessel shoreside operations & management teams, and charterer personnel (typically the IOC and NOC technical and operations team members)

The team supports our global operations, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, West Africa, the Mediterranean, the North Sea, South America, and North America.
